Compatibility
Both. iOS customers get an Apple Wallet pass, Android customers get a Google Wallet pass, and in regions without Google Wallet the card installs to the home screen with the same functionality.
No integration is required — scanning is a separate step at the counter. If you’d rather push data into your own systems, the Business plan includes an API and webhooks.
Cards display offline, so customers can still show theirs. Scanning to add a stamp or redeem a reward needs a connection.
