Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Velocard is a digital loyalty card platform operated by Velocard Ltd. ("we", "us"). We help businesses run loyalty programs through cards delivered to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

2. What we collect

From business customers we collect: account email, billing information, business name and the loyalty card configuration you create.

From end customers who install a loyalty card we collect: name and contact details you choose to ask for at signup, stamp / point activity, and (optionally) location when location-based push is enabled.

3. How we use it

To operate the service, send transactional and loyalty messages, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We never sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, payments, email, wallet platforms). Each handles your data under their own published privacy policy.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months. You can delete data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. EU and UK residents have full GDPR rights; California residents have full CCPA rights.
