Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Velocard account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account, your team's logins, and the content you put on your loyalty cards. Keep your credentials private.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Velocard to send spam, run schemes that deceive customers, or distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled case-by-case; trial periods are free.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

6. Liability

Velocard is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced via email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
